About heavy duty hire
perth’s dry hire equipment specialists
who we are
Heavy Duty Hire Pty Ltd was founded in July 2024 by Adam Marshall, a Perth local with a background spanning heavy equipment maintenance, earthmoving, crushing and screening, and civil operations. Built from hands-on industry experience, HDH was created to give civil and construction contractors in WA a better alternative — a hire company run by people who actually understand site requirements.
Based in Malaga, we supply dry hire earthmoving equipment and site accommodation to projects across Perth metro and regional Western Australia. Our fleet includes excavators from 1.7 to 30 tonne, skid steer and wheeled loaders, tippers, watercarts, generators up to 250kVA, and fully commissioned site compounds.
In November 2025, Heavy Duty Hire became a member of the Civil Contractors Federation WA, reinforcing our commitment to operating to the highest standards in the WA civil construction industry.
Our vision
To deliver excellence in service. We strive to build long lasting relationships with our clients through integrity, and commitment to a high standard of product.
why choose us
When you hire equipment from HDH, you are dealing directly with the decision-makers — not a call centre or a hire desk. We understand civil site pressures because we have worked them. That means faster responses, clearer advice on equipment selection, and genuine accountability when things need to move quickly.
• Direct contact with owners who know the equipment and the industry
• Mine-spec compliant machinery maintained to manufacturer standards
• Service records and induction documentation provided on request
• Delivery and collection anywhere in WA — metro and regional
• Flexible hire terms to suit your project duration
• Transparent pricing with no hidden costs
