These templates are free to download and use. They've been designed with the WA civil and construction industry in mind, formatted to suit common earthmoving equipment including excavators, loaders, tippers and watercarts.
What's Included
The pre-start checklist template covers the standard daily inspection items required before operating heavy earthmoving equipment on a civil or mine site in Western Australia. This includes fluid levels, visual inspections, safety device checks and operator sign-off.
